Residents of Central Oklahoma will be relieved to know (well, some will anyway) that Edmond's Arcadia Lake will be open for the Independence Day weekend. After severe flooding and prior to that, a rash of gang activity, the focal point of Edmond outdoor activity will be available for the general public usage.
